Return & Refund Policy

At The Amen Place, we strive to provide high-quality products that inspire and uplift. Since all our items are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective, misprinted, or damaged upon arrival. Please carefully review our policy before making a purchase.

1. Order Issues (Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items)

If your order arrives with a defect, misprint, or is damaged in transit, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost. To process your request, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a request within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Email us at theamenplace@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A clear photo of the defective, damaged, or misprinted item
    • A brief description of the issue

Once we verify the issue with our print-on-demand partner, we will process a replacement or issue a refund.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Since each item is custom-printed when you order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or design
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Slight color variations (due to screen display differences)

To avoid sizing issues, please refer to the size chart before placing your order.

3. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Because orders are sent to production shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order is placed. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at theamenplace@gmail.com—we’ll do our best to assist if the order has not yet entered production.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience shipping issues, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
